Menus - these will have slight variations depending on weather etc but this page has been compiled with the sensitive soul in mind. The menu will be more varied but this sample is supplied to provide you with further information about what is being offered to eat.

All the food is locally grown and some is purchased, it is mostly organic.

Breakfast daily

All breakfasts will include toast, fresh eggs from the farm, choices of spreads: Butter & olive based margarine, vegemite, marmalade, jam and honey. Tea coffee and herbal teas. Milk and fresh sugarless yoghurt. Breakfast is available from 7.30 till 8.30 daily.

Lunch

Lunches will include: Soup, 3 salads, a vegetarian option such as haricot beans with olive dressing, fresh breads made with organically grown grains, spreads, and a cake, eg flourless orange cake, chocolate cake or shortbread, fruit is available. Refreshments are available at all hours, eg juice, teas, coffee hot chocolate. Lunch is available from 12.20 till 1.30 daily and if you are not residential, you can prepurchase your lunch for $17.50

Dinner

Dinner is served with wine every evening from 6.30-7.30pm. Dinner menu sample:

Barbeque outside with a mixture of farm meats, grown organically. Jacket potatoes with 3 side salads.

Vegetarian option: Barbeque corn with vege fritters, peanut sauce.

Dessert: Shortcake strawberries and ice cream. Local wines. Fruit for supper and a sweet cake or cheese and biscuits will be on hand for the nibblies.
