You need an iron, an ironing board, a sheet of taffeta silk and a silk texture pack
    
1 Lay out tafetta, and start layering sticky silk texture floss onto the silk. Squirt with water.
    
Then cover the silk with the tafetta as well, and apply the hot iron. The heat will laminate the silk using the natural sericin gum in the silk.
  
You then have a textured laminated surface to work into your creative project.
