Beautiful Silks Workshops presents: ''Nature's Colours in the City" Presenting The Dyed Thread with Roz Hawker
Code NDSRH01doors open at 9.30am for a 10am start, conclude at 4.30pm. Cost $198.00 This class is limited to 12 people. Workshop description: Spend a day exploring thread, the many varieties in silk and wool, single filament, plied and stranded. Dye them gently with an assortment of natural materials to create a range of colours and tones. And then enjoy their qualities and feel when used for stitching on a collection of natural fabrics.
About Roz: Roz resides in Brisbane, she produces many fine stitched works, from threads that she dyed herself using natural products to infuse colour into her work.
